Ranger Greg Hoffman, SBNF OHV manager, supporter of the offroad community, and good friend to all the AAT teams, has retired.

Hello Adopt-a-Trail Volunteers!

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for the tremendous efforts you've made over the years!!

THANK YOU!!!!

Working together, hundreds of miles of forest trails and roads have been maintained for the enjoyment of our motorized public.

I retired from the USFS yesterday. A VERY bittersweet experience. Capping a forty year career filled with adventures, exploration, natural beauty and most important, getting to know all of YOU! Thank you for being so cool!

Getting to know so many amazing folks as volunteers has been THE biggest perk during my four decades of service.

I wish you all the very best that life can offer!

Take care of yourselves, your families and friends.

Happy Trails to you all,

Ranger Greg

Good luck and besh wishes to him in his retirement. Hopefully his replacement will also be off road friendly.

Is there any word on his replacement yet?
